CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
We understand things can happen, but we do ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
For less than 24 hours’ notice, we may need to charge 50% of your appointment. Any no-shows may be charged the full price of the appointment before you can rebook your next appointment with us.
If you are on a course of treatments, any no-show appointments will have one treatment deducted from the course.
ARRIVAL
If you are new to the salon, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure there is enough time for your consultation.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service if we have clients booked directly after you.
PATCH TESTING
Please note that for insurance reasons and for the safety of our clients, certain treatments such as tinting, LVL and some facial treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours beforehand.
If this hasn’t been done, we won’t be able to carry out your treatment.
Please make sure you book a patch test with us. We may not be able to offer this as a walk-in service.
Please note we only remove CND Shellac if you have previously had it done at our salon.
Other products from other salons or nail bars can take different amounts of time to remove. There will be an extra charge if the removal takes much longer than the time booked.
REFUNDS
Please note refunds cannot be given at any time.
When you decide to take out a course of treatments, this is an offer and once a treatment has been taken, we cannot refund it.
We may be able to swap it to a different treatment for you if, for any reason, you don’t want to carry on with that particular treatment.
Refunds are at the discretion of the salon owner only and will only be given in certain circumstances.
You may purchase a course of treatments at any time. This is valid on the same treatment unless we create a facial package for you.
You pay for 5 treatments and receive your 6th treatment free.
All courses last for 12 months.
Courses are an offer, so they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or with gift vouchers.
VOUCHERS
Our vouchers are available to purchase online through our booking site or in the salon.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months and cannot be extended.
They are to be used for treatments and cannot be used towards treatment courses.
Any special-offer vouchers that we sell will be valid for 3 months.
Please make sure you check your voucher expiry date.
REFER A FRIEND

• New clients get 20% off their first appointment
• They must give the name of the client who referred them
• Once they have visited the salon, the referring client will receive 20% off
• The referring client then has 3 months to use their discount
• You can refer as many new clients as you like
• Each successful referral earns a separate 20% off reward
